On November 5, 2012, a 31 year old male, who in January of 2011 was accused of running a red light causing him to collide into another car, apologized while in court to the family of the deceased victim who was killed in this horrific crash. The accident had occurred in Pompano Beach which is just outside of Fort Lauderdale.
